  • Super Girl Plank 30 reps (I did just a regular plank, 10 second hold 3 times)
  • Sumo Squat 30 reps
  • Reptile Plank 30 reps
  • Jump Lunge 30 reps
  • Santana Plank 30 reps
  • Jump Forward and 2 jumps back  (nope, DID NOT do these)
  • Mini Squats 30 reps
10 Minutes...didn't bother with HR monitor...it discourages me.
