- Sumo Squat 30 reps
- Reptile Plank 30 reps
- Jump Lunge 30 reps
- Santana Plank 30 reps
- Jump Forward and 2 jumps back (nope, DID NOT do these)
- Mini Squats 30 reps
5 Minutes stretching
